Food diet care and hygienic care are the two basic forms of hair care.
While genetics has a part, your food, weather, pollution, how you wash your hair, the products you use, and your general attitude to hair care are all important in keeping your crowning beauty.

- If you’re intending to color your hair, go three shades lighter or darker than your natural color.
- Massage your scalp on a regular basis to encourage hair development and blood circulation.
- To maintain your hair healthy and avoid split ends, get your hair trimmed every 10 to 12 weeks.
